Ms. Abda is a graduate of the University of Scranton with a BS in Biochemistry.

Ms Abda furthered her education by studying at the pH Miracle Center in San Diego, California.  There she earned certification in live and dried blood microscopy (IMA) in 2003 and began incorporating many of the concepts of the New Biology.  Shortly after, she also graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in NYC where she earned certification from the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP).

Ms. Abda began a long-term research mission to further her understanding of the importance of organic, electron-rich, acid/alkaline balancing in achieving total health.

Having completed two decades of work in a 350-bed regional hospital trauma, Ms. Abda was able to witness first-hand the strengths and weaknesses of traditional medicine. She continued to accumulate certifications in the most advanced of holistic approaches to clinical health, prevention, and wellness.

Ms. Abda was determined and continued to focus on the future role of new medical specialties.  Many of the therapies in which she had become certified are now of special interest to medical doctors who have begun creating sub-specialties in the emerging fields of functional and integrative medicine.  She currently works with nutritional biochemists on the formulations and delivery system of the supplementation and nutrition.

Her advanced studies included:

• Chiren Light Therapy
• Spectrahue Light Therapy
• German New Medicine I, II, III, IV
• The Optimum Breathing Institute; and Matrix Energetics. She conducts 3-6 month programs helping clients regain and maintain their health and wellness.

As part of her work, she now instructs clients on the foundational importance of food choices.  Ms. Abda educates her clients on the exact, critical, cellular role that nutrition plays in both the recovery and prevention of health challenges.

Prior to becoming an independent health consultant, she was employed at Community Medical Center in Scranton, Pennsylvania as a Medical Technologist (MT), certified by the American Society of Clinical Pathology.
